The Kennewick, Washington Leadership team has chosen Taylor Rutledge as HopsnDrops Featured Team Member for February 2024! Taylor is a bartender, server, trainer and has written schedules for Leaders in Training and the HopsnDrops front of the house. She is also an integral part of the Kennewick Wellness Team for training, schedule writing, and hiring liaisons.
Taylor is dependable, cares about her HopsnDrops family, guests, and company. She always puts others above her own needs and is an excellent communicator. Taylor was born and raised in Kennewick. Since October of 2020, she has built a loyal following of regular guests and has created close relationships with her fellow Hops n Drops team members.
On her days off, Taylor enjoys playing, spending time at the park and throwing dance parties with her 3 year old son, Zayd.
